Vice President of maintenance and operational excellence (m/f/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

• orrective and preventive maintenance as well as turnery and forklift maintenance
• esponsible for finding suitable skilled stuff in collaboration with the management and HR
• ducate & coach the team for enhancing knowledge and to improve performance
• repare feasibility study for any new project or plant for the company & set up plant Lay-outs to ensure the best production workflow in cooperation with your team member
• nalyze major breakdowns/failures, apply solutions and required modifications to the machines
• irect, review and approve all new project budgets for each section of cost engineering dept sections to ensure smooth operation with low costs
• et, develop and implement policies and procedures for the engineering and technical work performed in the department to organize work with highest efficiency
• pecifying all needs of machines – utilities and negotiating specs & initial pricing with original suppliers to ensure that all specifications of machinery are met & inspected before shipping to reduce required time for installation and predicting any technical problems

Ihr Profil

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) or familiar education
• Proven experience for at least 7+ years working as a maintenance or factory manager
• Good knowledge in cables manufacturing machinery
• Professional experience as a leader and manager
• Computer skills including CAD (at best AutoCAD)
• Reliable, self-confident and pragmatic
